What are the photo requirements?
For best results, please leave a 2 mm margin around your photo — the image will wrap slightly around the edge of the magnet for a clean, seamless finish.
If you’d like your magnets printed in high-quality resolution, you’re welcome to send your full-resolution photos along with your order number to our email:

How Do I Crop My Photos to the Required Ratio?
To crop your photos for your custom magnets:
- Go to the product page you wish to purchase.
- Click “Choose Photos” to upload your images.
- Select the photo you want to crop — this will take you to the editing page.
- Use the cropping tool, which automatically adjusts to the required ratio for your product (e.g., 1:1 or 2:3).
This ensures your photos fit perfectly on your magnets without distortion.
Can I Change My Photo?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at lumimagnets@gmail.com with your order number.
After this 24-hour window, modifications cannot be made.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can email us with your order number and the details of the changes or request to cancel your order.
Please note that once an order has been fulfilled or processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

how much is shipping fee? Where do you ship to?
🇦🇺 Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $8.95
Free standard shipping on orders over $65. - Express Shipping: $12.95
Free express shipping on orders over $150. - Priority Order + Express Shipping: $26.95
Your order will be prioritised, jump the queue, and be shipped out as soon as possible. - Darwin Pickup: Available for local customers — collect your order directly and skip shipping fees!
🇳🇿 New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95
Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
All orders are handmade and shipped from Darwin, Australia with care.
Bulk Orders & On-Site Printing
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for events, weddings, business branding, and corporate gifts.
We also offer on-site printing and magnet-making for weddings, markets, and special events — perfect for creating instant, memorable photo souvenirs.
You can order any of our photo fridge magnets, gift boxes, or custom designs in bulk. We provide special bulk pricing and package discounts based on your quantity and design needs.
Want to add a personal touch? We can customise magnets and packaging with your logo, message, or theme colours to match your brand or event style.

What are your handling time?

Please note that handling times refer to the time it takes to prepare your order and do not include shipping or delivery periods.
- Standard Handling: Due to their customised nature, allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Exceptions may apply during promotional periods or busy holidays.
- Priority Handling: If you need your order urgently, select Priority Order + Express Shipping at checkout. Dispatch time: 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

How Can I Track My Package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is typically updated within 24 business hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives.

We offer a Priority Service designed for those last-minute orders — perfect for busy seasons like Christmas or when you need your photo magnets in a hurry.
With our Priority Order + Express Shipping option, your order will:
- Jump the queue and be processed ahead of standard orders
- Be sent via express postage straight to your door

Dispatch Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
- Once an order has been fulfilled, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement for you where possible.
Please note: As each item is custom-made to your photos, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mindor photo selection errors.
My Order Has Arrived but It’s Not as I Expected
Because each photo magnet is custom-made to your uploaded images, we are unable to accept returns or exchangesfor change of mind or personal preference.
However, if your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Photographs of the defect
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement where possible.

Received the Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise for the mistake.
